Estate Planning Seminar
KENT—The Kent Memorial Library will help residents explore topics surrounding estate planning in a one-night seminar titled “Estate Planning Made Simple” on Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 5:30-7 p.m.
The program will be facilitated by Elder Law practitioner, and Kent Attorney Metta R. Delmore.
This seminar was designed to help individuals (of all ages and abilities) by answering the following questions:
Who will I choose for my executor, guardian, trustee, or healthcare agent?
Which legal documents do I need to ensure my wishes are being carried out?
Do I have any specific end of life concerns?
What do I do if there is a death in the family?
What will happen to my spouse/children/home/or other assets?
How do I explain my wishes to my family?
