WARREN — The town of Warren will be holding a Community Conversation on Zoom, called “Why are we developing a Warren Affordable Housing Plan?”
It will be Tuesday, Feb.23 at 7 p.m. on Zoom (See the information below.)
At the meeting, residents will learn more about the housing plan, get their questions answered, and provide feedback.
The presentation will include:
Update from Warren Affordable Housing Corporation on plans to build on town hall parcel Summary results of the Warren resident housing survey
Warren’s Housing Data Profile
Photos of affordable housing options in neighboring towns
Review of frequently asked questions about town affordable housing plans
Invited speakers include:
Jack Travers, Warren Affordable Housing Corporation Board member; Sean Ghio, Partnership for Strong Communities (review Housing Data profile in context of regional/statewide needs); Melissa Woodward, Warren Social Services; Maggie Cooley, Cornwall Housing Corporation (non-profit that built Cornwall’s affordable housing)
